Who we are

Every project starts with the site.

We are a team of architects and engineers based in Grecia, Alajuela. We listen to how each family lives or how each business works, study the land, the sun and the rain, and design spaces that are cool, bright and easy to look after.

We stay with you the whole way: the idea, the drawings, the permits with the CFIA and the municipality, and technical supervision on site until we hand you the keys.

Architectural design. Concept, floor plans, facades and 3D models, so you can see your home before it's built.

Process

Four steps, no surprises. At every moment you know what comes next, what it costs and when it will be ready.

Visit and conversation

We see the land or the house and hear your ideas and budget. The first visit is free in the Central Valley.

Design

Concept with floor plans, facades and 3D views. We refine it until it's exactly what you want.

Drawings and permits

We prepare the construction drawings and handle the CFIA and municipal permits.

Build and handover

We direct construction with weekly reports until we hand you the keys.
